Full description
A hand knitted tweed stitch tea pot cosie in bright spring colours, with six knitted roses atop. Starting at the hem I have knitted the rib in a bright apple green coloured yarn. Then using three different coloured yarns; bright blue, cream and apple green, I have knitted a wonderful tweed stitch tea cosie body. There are six contrasting primrose yellow roses and three apple green leaves nestled on the top, giving extra insulation at the top of the pot where most heat escapes from. This stitch ensures a good fit around the pot, yet has enough ease for a swift removal when a 'top - up' is required. The tea pot handle peeps through the side opening so it dosnt get too hot to handle. A perfect house warming gift, or for yourself...... just because it looks pretty on the kitchen work top.
