I love this fabric. I find different versions of it from car boots to jumble sales.This type, the one that is hand stitched is always my favourite though. I think it could have been brought back from Portugal or Spain. Does anyone know?
I thought that with its lace- lined cut out shape at the back it would be perfect for something nice and scented to waft through.

Full description
Some gorgeous hand embroidered and appliqued vintage fabric make this a very pretty lavender bag indeed. There is a little lace lined cut away to the back, which allows the scent to waft out, which has been claimed for many a year to aid refreshing sleep.
This little bag measures 11 cm by 11 cm
Inside is a little muslim bag filled with French lavender, all the way from Provence in France.
I have used two sections of the same fabric, so there is a different design front and back.
It is finished off with my own embroidered label.
There is a hook so you can pop it in your wardrobe, or for hanging up somewhere as a little piece of artwork in its own right.
I like to recycle where possible. Your little bag will arrive wrapped creatively in clean, recycled packaging.
It will be posted out 2nd class Royal Mail with proof or sending, and will require a signature.
