Hi there and welcome to my shop. Here you will find old embroideries, vintage fabrics and sparkling remnants made into something pretty and practical once again.
I will be re-stocking slowly but surely after Christmas, so do keep coming back for a browse.
As I try to recycle where I can, your order will arrive wrapped in clean, recycled packaging from my hoard.

Who could resist this beautiful furnishing fabric?
I try to use as many reclaimed and reused second hand fabrics as I can find, and so when I catch a glimpse of something special like this in a jumble sale, I leap.
Seeing the words Liberty of London printed on a selvedge makes my heart jump!

Vintage Liberty fabric toiletries,cosmetics or makeup bag.
A gorgeous little practical toiletries or make up bag with a splash proof interlining. Made from vintage Liberty fabric.
Perfect for travel, or to stowaway your keepsakes, it's hard to believe, but this lovely furnishing fabric was designed for Liberty of London 40 years ago. It still looks cool today.
The fabric has been backed onto canvas to give it some body
There is a splash proof interlining to help keep spills at bay!
It measures 22 cm across the top, widening slightly towards the bottom
It measures 15 cm down
There is a gold zip fastening measuring 22 cm
There is a tuck at each end giving it a 3 cm wide base
It is lined with a brown poly/ cotton lining
There is a hook on one side for twirling around your finger, or for hanging up as a tiny artwork in its own right.
It is finished off with my own embroidered name tag
Be aware that the placement of the pattern will vary from bag to bag. Same beautiful fabric though!
I like to reuse wherever possible. Your little bag will arrive wrapped in clean, recycled packaging.
It will be sent out to you as Royal Mail 2nd class with proof of sending, which normally takes 3 days
