Drawing inspiration from my garden and the Malvern Common, I create jewellery that forges a quiet connection between the wearer and the natural world. This design is part of a larger mixed media piece. Sections of the mixed media are cut in to pendants, earrings and brooches that are resin coated and have a wood veneer applied.

Full description
This brooch design is handcut from a botanical mixed media art work that incorporates printed botanicals and real pressed flowers from my garden. This particular brooch includes a piece of pressed pink heather.
Each brooch consists of a layer of art board, wood veneer and resin. This design is sanded to a glass like finish.
