Handprinted butterfly pendant combined with jasper and agate stones. Each pendant is a miniature artwork, and starts life as a mixed media design that is cut in to miniature art works. Resin coated and sanded for a glass-like finish. A wood veneer is adhered to the back to create a durable piece of jewellery. The layered colours and textures create a one-of-a-kind design that can never be repeated, making every piece truly unique. This design hangs on a brass plated chain, 16inches in length.

Drawing inspiration from my garden and the Malvern Common, I create jewellery that forges a quiet connection between the wearer and the natural world. This design is part of a larger mixed media piece. Sections of the mixed media are cut in to pendants, earrings and brooches that are resin coated and have a wood veneer applied.
