Hi there and welcome to my shop. Here you will find old embroideries, vintage fabrics and sparkling remnants made into something pretty and practical once again.
I will be re-stocking slowly but surely after Christmas, so do keep coming back for a browse.
As I try to recycle where I can, your order will arrive wrapped in clean, recycled packaging from my hoard.

This sweet cottage garden came from a pile of embroideries which I bought at a table top sale. All beautifully worked, but never put to use. This is one of the last pieces I have re-used, and it is lovely to see it transformed into this little clutch bag.

Full description
This make up or toiletries bag has been upcycled from a piece of vintage embroidery. On the front is a romantic and charming cottage garden scene, and the back is a lovely rust brown old velvet. It has a handle long enough to fit over your wrist to become a little clutch bag. Perfect for taking to a wedding or garden party or as a pretty little make up bag for a special weekend away.
The fabric has been backed onto canvas for body, but it is still a soft little bag. The front is a cottage garden scene with red and white bead decoration, and the back is re-used brown velvet.
It measures 21 cm wide and 16 cm tall with a purple zip finished with a flower head pull.
The ends are boxed to make it a little more roomy and it has a 25 cm looped handle so it can be used as a tiny clutch bag. The lining is a blue and white floral cotton and it is finished off with my embroidered name tag.
Please spot clean or gentle hand wash, and leave to dry naturally.
Your order will be packed in clean, reused wrapping and sent as RM 2nd class.
