This handmade jewellery shop shall be closing for Christmas 18th December 2025 4pm UK time. All of the jewellery pieces in this Folksy shop are handmade by myself in a lovely, shed studio in my back garden.
The handmade jewellery I make is inspired by nature, the coastline of my home Island of Mersea, meaningful words and the joy of simplicity.
Handmade in recycled sterling silver, recycled gold, sterling silver, copper, 14ct gold filled, and occasionally brass. Semi-precious stones, precious stones and beads are also featured in my work.

I love playing around with creating texture. I love the shimmery effect a hammered surface brings, bouncing light around with its dimples.

5mm hammered recycled sterling silver circle studs.
Small discs have been hand sawn out of solid 925 recycled sterling silver. These discs have been hammered with a repousse or chasing hammer which has ball like end to create pretty dimples across the metals surface. Recycled sterling silver ear posts are soldered on the back of the circles.
The scroll backs are also solid recycled sterling silver.
The earrings come packaged in a small stud box finished with ribbon (perfect for gift giving). Posted by Royal Mail tracked 24 service.
