This handmade jewellery shop shall be closing for Christmas 18th December 2025 4pm UK time. All of the jewellery pieces in this Folksy shop are handmade by myself in a lovely, shed studio in my back garden.
The handmade jewellery I make is inspired by nature, the coastline of my home Island of Mersea, meaningful words and the joy of simplicity.
Handmade in recycled sterling silver, recycled gold, sterling silver, copper, 14ct gold filled, and occasionally brass. Semi-precious stones, precious stones and beads are also featured in my work.

Although I live in the middle of an Island (Mersea near Colchester) I'm surrounded by the sea so never far from seeing it as I drive around the Island. The sea has always been a place where I feel calm and happy.

Full description
Handmade from recycled sterling silver this rectangular bar pendant has been given a texture created by hammering with the curved edge of a hammer to look like waves on the sea.
The necklace chain is a delicate recycled sterling silver trace/cable chain. The clasp is a 5mm bolt ring style clasp.
The standard chain length is 47cm, but if you'd prefer a longer or shorter length please let me know.
The wave pendant measures 1.8cm by 0.32cm.
Marked on the back of the pendant with 925 to signify that it is solid sterling silver.
Comes sent in a gift box. finished with ribbon.
