I originally created a little portrait decoration for my daughter’s first Christmas — a way to capture her at that magical stage, wide-eyed at the lights, the sounds, and the crinkly wrapping paper. Now, we love bringing it out every year. It felt too special not to share with other families. As our little ones grow, finding meaningful ways to remember each stage becomes even more important.
This is a custom-made item and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Bring a little extra magic to your Christmas tree this year with a hand-painted children's portrait decoration, lovingly illustrated by Lizzie Martell.
Each ceramic decoration measures 4.5cm across and is individually illustrated using a reference photo of your child (provided by you) and transformed into a unique keepsake featuring your child’s name. Finished with a ribbon tie and beautiful festive bow (in the colour of your choice) - it's ready to hang proudly on your Christmas tree!
Whether it’s baby's first Christmas, a gift for doting grandparents, or a special surprise for your own little one, these charming portraits are designed to be treasured year after year.
To order, simply check out as usual, selecting your ribbon colour and adding the name you'd like included on the portrait. Once your order is placed, I’ll message you my email so you can send over your child’s headshot photo. Feel free to include any extra details — like their favourite hairstyle or sweet little quirks — and I’ll work my magic, turning it into a beautiful custom illustration in my signature style, ready within three weeks.
Each portrait will be safely wrapped in a cardboard postage box and sent '2nd class signed for' service with Royal Mail.
