I adore rainbows, and nothing can beat the joy of a baby elephant, especially when they are playing with water. So the inspiration to paint Millie came naturally, because nothing is happier than a baby elephant squirting rainbows!

Meet Millie – a joyful little elephant who loves to play, splash, and turn puddles into rainbows. With her trunk raised high and a glimmer of sunshine in her eyes, Millie sends arcs of colourful water flying all around her, painting the air with happiness. Cheerful, curious, and full of life, she reminds us to find joy in the smallest moments and to never outgrow the simple magic of play.
Part of my much-loved “An (Animal) Called…” series, Millie is one of six illustrated characters - each full of personality and brought to life with gentle watercolours and delicate ink details.
Printed on high quality 210gsm off-white Fine Art paper, ‘An Elephant Called Millie’ is printed using archival, colour-fast inks to ensure the colours keep vibrant and your print stays beautiful. The paper has a very slight texture to it which gives a lovely similarity to watercolour paper.

Unframed and carefully packaged in a protective sleeve with a sturdy backing board.
