I love finding old tea towels at the car boot. They have such beautiful illustrations. Maps are always popular, and I especially like the references printed on this one to the RNLI lifeboat charts and the shipping forecasts.

Full description
A fun drawstring bag upcycled from a vintage RNLI tea towel showing the life boat charts of GB and Ireland. It is also printed with a lovely map of this coast with the poignant names of the fishing forecast areas. It also bears a beautiful picture of a rescue lifeboat.
Great as a suitcase organiser, as a small bag for washing, or just as a place for storage. This bag also looks great hanging up as a piece of art work in its own right!
It would make a great Fathers Day present, or for anyone who has a love of ships and the sea.
The bag measures 35 cm by 45 cm when laid flat
It is made from linen, and has a striped cotton lining.
The drawstring are made from pale blue twisted cotton, and have a flower head pull. It is finished off with my own embroidered name tag.
Please wash on a short, cool cycle and leave to dry naturally.
Your order will be wrapped in clean, recycled packaging and sent as RM 2nd class.
