Hi, I'm The Old Button - welcome to my shop and I hope you find lovely things that you would like to buy.
Most items will be dispatched within 1 day of ordering (see each listing), and I can send on your behalf - just add my Direct to Recipient upgrade to your order.
I use Track 24, or 1st class for cards, as standard, but you can also add an upgrade to Special Delivery.
I've paused commissions for my embroidered play scenes and patchwork quilts until next year, but I have gift voucher options.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
A gift box based around one of my reversible felt play scenes - Outer Space combined with Ocean Islands. Carefully packed in a letterbox package with themed gifts to delight any child.
As well as the playmat there is a lined cotton drawstring bag in a choice of fabrics to hold your child's little toy figures, and a felt bookmark to use with fairy-tale books. I've also added a little fabric card - perfect for a special message.
My play mats are designed for use with any small-play figures, such as the 2-3 inch toys shown in the photos. They are tested to EN71 standards and UKCA marked. Recommended for age 18 months and over.
INCLUDED IN THE BOX
- Reversible felt playmat - 12.5 by 11 inches approx
- Drawstring bag in a choice of themed fabrics - 7 by 5 inches
- Felt bookmark in the same fabric as the bag
- Fabric inset card - left blank or with your message hand written inside
There are optional extras that can be added to the gift box. The photos show these in different fabrics as examples - yours will be in the fabric you choose for the bag.
Everything will be wrapped in tissue and tied with pretty striped cord, and sent in a sturdy postal box.
LARGE LETTERBOX - this gift uses a cardboard box that fits the standard Royal Mail large letter size. The box measures 35 by 25 by 2cm. If you think it won't fit you can add a note at checkout to request a soft bag package instead.
