Most items will be dispatched within 1 day of ordering (see each listing), and I can send on your behalf - just add my Direct to Recipient upgrade to your order.
I use Track 24, or 1st class for cards, as standard, but you can also add an upgrade to Special Delivery.
I've paused commissions for my embroidered play scenes and patchwork quilts until next year, but I have gift voucher options.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

A bundle of my dragon and fairy tale themed toys and gifts, perfect for giving on Christmas day or sending in the post to a special child in your life.
The gift box is based around one of my lovely felt play scenes, which are reversible play mats ideal for both themed and open ended play, and comes with a lined cotton drawstring bag to hold your child's little toy figures. I have added a felt bookmark to use with fairy-tale books, and a card printed with my hand embroidered fire breathing dragon. Plus an optional mug mat and .
My play mats are designed for use with any small-play figures, such as the 2-3 inch toys in the photos (not included). They are tested to EN71 standards and UKCA marked. Recommended for age 18 months and over.
INCLUDED IN THE BOX
- Reversible felt playmat (12.5 by 11 inches approx)
- Drawstring bag in a choice of themed fabrics 7 by 5 inches
- Felt bookmark in the same fabric as the bag (examples shown)
- Printed card - left blank or with your message hand written inside
There are optional extras that can be added to the gift box.
Everything will be wrapped in tissue and tied with pretty striped cord, and sent in a sturdy postal box.
LARGE LETTERBOX - this gift uses a cardboard box that fits the standard RM large letter size, and measures 35 by 25 by 2cm. If you, or the direct recipient, has a letterbox smaller than this (mine is), add a note at checkout to request a soft biodegradable bag package instead.
