Hi, I'm The Old Button - welcome to my shop and I hope you find lovely things that you would like to buy.
Want it for Christmas? I use Track 24, or 1st class for cards, but you can also add an upgrade to Special Delivery.

Ready-made items will be dispatched within 1 day of ordering (see each listing). I've paused commissions for my embroidered play scenes and patchwork quilts until next year, but I have gift voucher options.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

This listing is an upgrade, to be added to your cart so I can send your purchases by ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY, guaranteed by 1pm the day after I post it.
I normally post Royal Mail First Class or Tracked 24 as standard, this aims to deliver next working day but it is not guaranteed. This listing covers the difference in cost to upgrade to Special Delivery.
It only needs to be added once for each order - not per item. It can also be used with my Direct to Recipient upgrade, just add both to the basket.
PLEASE NOTE that these delivery times are AFTER I have posted the item. Please check the dispatch time for each listing.
