About this Deer Christmas card- "Into the Forest":
I used chalk pastels and coloured pencils on toned paper to create this drawing of a deer leaping through the forest.
Keeping an impressionist sensibility in mind, I aimed to capture the atmosphere and movement of a stag running through the forest, as well as to illustrate the shadowy forest and the dappled light on the leaves.
The inside of this deer greeting card is left blank for your own message, so it can be sent at anytime of the year, as well as at Christmas!
Printed on lovely, sturdy 425 micron Ensocoat Greeting card board, with the deer illustration set in a white border. The last picture shows the back of the card.
148mm x 148mm.
Each individual square card and envelope is enclosed in a clear cello sleeve.
