I had some small pieces of pink Harris tweed and decided to combine them with the black and white check tweed. The other side I made from black and white tweed wool. I added some embroidery in circular shapes to contrast with the lines of the tweed.The lining is a brightly coloured, stripey cotton fabric. I love creating contrast and especially like combining fabrics and colours.

Full description
A dainty handbag made from Harris tweed and wool and it is lined with repurposed cotton There is an interior pocket. I have embroidered on both the front and back with slowstitching. It has two wool handles and a button with elastic closure. The bag is big enough for a kindle and phone and other bits and bobs.
