Hello and welcome to my shop.
I've always loved making things and worked as a Graphic Designer for over twenty years. Nowadays I experiment with paints, fabric, collage and clay and particularly enjoy combining different materials and patterns to create colourful, unique mixed media pieces.

Full description
This snoozing cat may look laid back, but he's definitely a party animal. He's got his glad rags on and is just taking a quick cat nap before heading out for the night.
I've used a colourful piece of fabric for the background and the cat is snoozing contentedly on a strip of embroidered Indian trim which is decorated with sequins and metallic threads.
I've added decoration to the cat with embroidery threads and metallic seed beads. I've also added some multi-coloured, metallic threads to create highlights in his fur. His forehead has a little motif made with gold thread, seed beads and a tiny sequin.
The picture comes in a good quality double mount. Outer measurement is 8 inches square and visible area is just under 5.5 inches square.
The artwork will be sent Royal Mail, second class large letter.
