I loved the idea of the linen peeping through the lace so I decided to keep the colours natural. I had quite a lot of vintage lace from France and that is what I have used here. I chose creamy colours for the embroidery and by luck I also had some tiny beads. The lining material is from a piece of cotton fabric which I had printed with my drawings of seeds and berries. I thought the colours went well together.

Full description
A pretty, feminine crossbody linen bag in shades of cream. It is handmade, adorned with intricate embroidery and embellished with lace, hearts and vintage buttons. It is padded and fully lined with soft cotton and has a velvet ribbon strap. It is an ideal size for carrying mobile phone, keys and purse. All materials are vintage or repurposed and the lining is from one of my own designs.
