Hello and welcome to my shop.
I've always loved making things and worked as a Graphic Designer for over twenty years. Nowadays I experiment with paints, fabric, collage and clay and particularly enjoy combining different materials and patterns to create colourful, unique mixed media pieces.

Full description
'Twilight in the garden' features a deep purple folk bird surrounded by flowers.
The design has been printed onto cotton fabric and I've painted it with inks and acrylics to achieve a twilight feel. The bird's wing has been created using a section of Indian embroidered trim and batik. I've also added seed beads to his tail and chest. The larger flowers have been embellished with embroidery threads, seed beads and sequins.
The picture comes in a good quality double mount. Outer measurements 8 x 8 inches. Visible area 5.5 x 5.5 inches.
The artwork will be sent Royal Mail, second class large letter.
