I saw a key rack made from a large old key and the thought came to me that the old spanners I had surplus to requirements would make great alternatives!

Full description
The second of the spanner key hooks that I have made, which would make an ideal gift for the mechanic in your life, an innovative set of four key hooks mounted onto a usage distressed chrome vanadium vintage King Dick 7/16” BSW x 3/8” BSW spanner dating back to the 1950s or 60s. The spanner, or wrench, has had four hooks mounted onto it by drilling through and welding at the rear. Two further 5mm diameter countersunk mounting holes are provided so the unit can be mounted onto a door or wall. I have treated the assembly with beeswax to preserve it and seal in the patina.
