UK POST All items except for the letterbox gifts are now posted by Royal Mail Tracked 48 parcel post and charged at a flat rate of £3.95. If you order more than one item the second will be free or I will upgrade as required with no extra cost to you.
INTERNATIONAL POST - Sending my apologies but due to new regulations I can no longer post to Europe or NI but do have shipping options for everywhere else, if I overcharge on postage I will refund the excess.

I designed and released the first Hug boxes during Autumn 2022 then at the beginning of 2023 I designed larger wool felt embroidered bears with much stronger seams than those in the hug boxes. At the end of February 2023 I redesigned the hug bears to have the same stronger seams and made the hanging heart larger then the original with both items having more hand embroidery detail than previously. I also added more card designs, each box will vary in style.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Hand sewn and embroidered unique bear hug gift that will fit through a letterbox.
New and improved deaign with more hand embroidery, stronger seams and a larger hanging heart.

I can post direct to a recipient on your behalf and will hand write the card for you, leave details at checkout with recipients name, address and the message to be included if you would like me to post direct.

A unique design 4" wool felt teddy bear, highly decorated with floral hand embroidery, improved design having triple sewn seams for added strength.
A wool felt hand embroidered hanging heart to match the bear, filled with scented dried lavender.
Handmade card, stamped and coloured onto quality 300gsm card, left blank for your own use. (I can write a message if posting direct).
A choice of 4 unique design verses, please state which option you require from the drop down options button & by referring to the numbers on the photographs.
3cm wooden teddy bear which is easily detached from the paper.
Wrapped in white tissue and finished with my wooden handmade tag,
Posted in a plain brown box, intentionally left blank so the recipient will have a lovely surprise on opening it.
