Hi there and welcome to my shop. Here you will find old embroideries, vintage fabrics and sparkling remnants made into something pretty and practical once again. I re-stock slowly but surely, so do keep coming back for a browse.

What a beautiful find this fabric was, with its sepia colours and hints of history. It is in good condition, but has gone into my seconds sale as an end of line, and because I need the space!

Full description
A lovely roomy shoulder bag, made from a washed linen vintage Sanderson fabric. Its full blown grey/blue roses and dusty pink flowers give it a country house charm. This is the last bag in this fabric, and so I am selling it in my Seconds Sunday as an end of line. There are no flaws in it, I just need to make precious room for new stock. If you like softly faded fabrics with a hint of crumpled linen, then this is for you. It would be a great bag for a summer wedding or garden party.
The fabric has been stitched onto canvas to strengthen it, but it is still a soft bag. It has clusters of pale sequins stitched over the front.
It is 38 cm at the base, narrowing to 30 cm. It is 22 cm tall.
The ends are boxed to make it more roomy.
It has an old fashioned grey metal zip opening of 30 cm.
There is a pair of shoulder straps measuring 75 cm each.
It has an internal pocket 14 cm by 12 cm so you will always know where your keys are.
It is lined in old skool ticking, and finished off with my embroidered name tag.
Please wash by hand, or on a short, cool, wash. Pull into shape whilst damp, and leave to dry naturally.
Sale bags are plainly wrapped in clean, recycled wrapping, and sent as RM 2nd class.
