Purple tote bag with tartan owls. This lovely tote bag is made from vivid purple fabric with two appliqué owls - one large and one small. The owls are made from a beautiful tartan fabric in rich shades of purple, olive green, dark green, beige and white. The owls have beige velvet feet and beaks. Their eyes are a pale taupe colour and I've hand-embroidered black sleepy eyelashes on them. The bag is lined with taupe fabric with a woven pattern of small shiny squares.
This tote bag is perfect for use as a handbag, shopping bag, or occasional bag. With its beautiful rich colours and cute owls, it would make a lovely gift, particularly for someone who loves owls or the colour purple.
The approximate measurements of the tote bag are:
14 inches (35cm) high x 12.5 inches (32cm) wide x 3 inches (8cm) across the base. The handles are approx. 24 inches (60cm) from end to end, and are of a length that can be worn on the shoulder or carried as a handbag.
