I have made chainsaw engine lamps before, my son repairs chainsaws so I have a good supply of used parts. I never make two the same and was inspired to make a 'v-twin' lamp by my Harley Davidson. So here it is, I hope you like it!

Full description
Two aluminium chainsaw engine cylinders mounted onto a French polished reclaimed wood base. The used cylinders are from commercial grade heavy duty chainsaws by a well-known German manufacturer and have been thoroughly cleaned and degreased before being mounted to the 1930s floorboard base in the shape of a V-twin. Two nickel-plated SES lampholders have been fitted to the decompressor valve ports and cleaned and polished used spark plugs into the plug ports. Two, 2-watt LED squirrel-cage candle bulbs and 2.5 metres of new gold twisted braided flex fitted with black inline switch and 3a fused plug complete the lamp. A unique and decorative table lamp that would be at home anywhere (especially in a tree surgeon’s home or forestry office) to bring that touch of arboriculture to the decor.
