This pub is a Manchester icon. Nestled in-between the higher brick architecture it stands out on it's own being clad in yellow and green tiles. It is relatively untouched inside having resisted the brewery's plans to modernise. It's uniqueness makes it a great subject. I decided to make the surrounding scenery mono to make it stand out.

Full description
Hand printed on Awagami Masa printmaking paper, this is a limited edition of 20. It is a reduction linoprint. Standing alone in a triangular plot the grade 11 listed Peveril was once part of a terrace, but is now the only standing survivor. It is now the only detached pub in Manchester and is rumoured to have a resident ghost. It’s a good old-fashioned pub.
Paper size: 530 x 390mm
Print size: 370 x 290
I think this would benefit from a bespoke frame but it will fit an Ikea 40 x 50mm frame with a new mount.
