3 Moons was inspired by an earlier watercolour painting I had painted of a Barn Owl and evolved with the rich tones of the blue oil pastels. The theme of the moons as it waxed, became full and waned magically entwined with the Barn Owl as she flies through the deep dark night under the moons light, and finds solace on the old Oak tree. Three twinkly stars add a little extra magic.

3 Moons is a greeting card which is left blank inside allowing it to be suitable for a number of occasions. The card comes with a cellophane bag and a white envelope and measures 148mm x 210mm and is printed on 350gsm uncoated white card. The image is taken from an original painting of the same name by Ali Broughton.
