Hi there and welcome to my shop. Here you will find old embroideries, vintage fabrics and sparkling remnants made into something pretty and practical once again. I re-stock slowly but surely, so do keep coming back for a browse.
As I try to recycle where I can, your order will arrive wrapped in clean, recycled packaging from my hoard.

I just love it when these these old table linens turn up at car boot sales. After some gentle soaking and TLC these beautiful pansies emerged, stitched by a highly skilled needlewoman. Its nice to think they can be appreciated once more. There is a matching lavender bag in my shop too.

Full description
A pretty little bag embroidered with pansies from the corner of a vintage handstitched tablecloth. This piece of old table linen was beautifully worked with these lovely pansy designs. Altho it had seen better days, there were enough fragments to make into a set of sweet little bags. Perfect for make up or storage, they would make a lovely present for a bride to be, as a special birthday present for a friend, or as a Mothers day gift.
The embroidery has been stitched onto cotton to strengthen it, but it is still a soft little bag.
The front is made of floral vintage embroidery, with 3 vintage buttons.
The back is faded, recycled denim, and the lining is a cotton print.
It measures 17cm by 14cm with a lilac, 17 cm zip .
A little finger hook means you can hang it up as a little piece of craft work in its own right.
Please wash gently by hand or a wool wash, and dry naturally.
Your bag will be posted out by RM 2nd class post, and wrapped in clean, recycled packaging.
