I made this pendant with just the silver tree and I wasn't happy with it, I decided it needed something to make it more like a Christmas tree, The silver I cut the tree from is very thin and it was really difficult to cut with my saw, I now have a set of shears which make it much easier. I was planning to put little blobs of enamel on using the powdered enamel, I was unsure whether I'd be able to control it well enough, then I found the pot of frit, tiny fragments of glass, which came with my kit, problem solved, I hope! it worked better than I thought as the frit melted into little circular blobs, I think if had used powdered enamel under the fri,t as is usual, it wouldn't have done that.

Full description
A disc of copper with a silver Christmas tree shape fused to it, the tree has 'baubles' of enamel randomly scattered on it's surface. I used little bits of enamel 'frit' to make the baubles, I wasn't sure if that would work but I'm pleased with the effect.
The disc measures 29mm across and the tree fills it edge to edge at it's widest and almost to the top.
The pendant is hung by a copper jump ring from a length of waxed cotton cord in deep red, the cord is adjustable for length by two sliding knots. This allows you to choose how you wear it, from choker length to fairly long.
