A pendant made using a failed piece of silver clay moulded from a shell which didn't fire properly. I applied brown enamel to it after it was finished, it only took in a small patch but I quite like the effect.

Full description
A circular copper disc with silver fused to it's surface and a small amount of brwon enamel. This piece has a failed piece of silver clay fused to it and then enamel applied to it in a very small area. After cleaning the piece and enamelling it the copper areas were re-heated togive a coloured patina.I wasn't sure what to call this piece but I think it looks like aa flower with a tiny bird feeding from it's lower edge. The pendant measures 25mm across and hangs by a copper jump ring from waxed, red, cotton cord which can be adjusted for length.
