My background is in Graphic Design and although I'm now retired I still enjoy the creative process. A lot of my work features birds and flowers and I particularly love combining different materials and patterns to create colourful, one-of-a-kind mixed media pieces.

Full description
Add a pop of colour to your home with this quirky mixed media artwork. It's filled with flowers and hearts and would make a lovely gift for any occasion.
The artwork is displayed in a pretty vintage thimble rack which has been given a coat of black acrylic paint. Layers of paint, origami papers and wood block prints have been used to create the backgrounds.
On display are jewellery findings, beads (Czech pressed glass and fire-polished, gold foil, lampwork, drawbench and crackle glass). I've also made three debossed and painted polymer clay tiles.
Overall size is approx. 14cm wide x 22cm high and 2.5cm deep.
The rack is free-standing and has holes so it could be screwed to a wall.
Artwork will be shipped via Evri.
