There were not nearly enough York car boots this year! But, I managed to buy some great little pieces of wool from an upholsterers stall in September. This little bucket bag is made from one of those.

Full description
This sweet little bucket bag is made from an understated brown and mustard patterned wool. It has a leather-look button and loop fastening, as well as a magnetic clasp, and its two handles fit snuggly around your hands. This cute and dinky little bag is still large enough to hold your essentials for a winter walk; facemask, hand gel and phone. It would make a lovely present for a best friend, as a gift for a winter Birthday, or to keep for yourself to store precious souvenirs

The wool has been backed onto cotton to strengthen it, but it is still a soft bag.
It measures 23 cm across, (making 46 cm all the way round) and 21 cm down.
There is a facing around the top to give it a professional finish, and there is a tuck at each end making a 3 cm wide base, to give a little more room.
It has two short handles measuring 30 cm each. It closes with a silver metal magnetic snap fastening, as well as a button and loop closure.
The lining is made with a bold 1970’s yellow floral cotton, and it is finished with my own embroidered name tag.
I like to reuse where possible. Your bag will arrive wrapped in clean, recycled packaging from my hoard, and posted out as Royal Mail 2nd class.
