Hi there and welcome to my shop. Here you will find old embroideries, vintage fabrics and sparkling remnants made into something pretty and practical once again. I re-stock slowly but surely, so do keep coming back for a browse.
As I try to recycle where I can, your order will arrive wrapped in clean, recycled packaging from my hoard.

Tea towels have some of the best and brightest illustrations around. It makes me smile to see them made into different things. There will be more in this set coming into my shop soon.

What a lovely illustrative vintage tea towel. I have picked out this sweet cottage in the town of Brighstone on The Isle of Wight for the front. This practical zip up storage bag is perfect for holding cosmetics, small amounts of toiletries or souvenirs.The picture is nostalgic for old fashioned holidays gone by, and would make a nice present for someone who is longing for the Isle of Wight right now.
The tea towel fabric has been backed onto cotton to strengthen it, but it is still a soft bag. It measures 19 cm long and 25 cm wide.
There is a bright red zip opening of 25 cm, and it is lined with a vintage green and gold patterned cotton.
There is a hook so you can hang it up and admire the view, and there are 2 covered buttons stitched onto the front.
The back is made from recycled blue denim, and it is finished off with my embroidered name tag.
I like to reuse if possible, your bag will be posted out using clean, recycled wrapping from my stash, and posted out as Royal Mail 2nd class.
