Hi there and welcome to my shop. Here you will find old embroideries, vintage fabrics and sparkling remnants made into something pretty and practical once again.
I will be re-stocking slowly but surely after Christmas, so do keep coming back for a browse.
As I try to recycle where I can, your order will arrive wrapped in clean, recycled packaging from my hoard.

The other week I was lucky enough to be invited to a remnant sale in a fabric design shop in York. This is one of the beautiful pieces I managed to squeeze into my cycle pannier that cold and wet night and bring home to my workshop. It was so worth it. More lovely pieces from that sale coming soon!

Full description
Subtle greys and dusty blue clover designs cover the surface of this neat and practical little make up bag or purse. The bold print is reminiscent of hand cut lino or wood block printing. It is a good size for make up or small amounts of toiletries, and would make a good weekend travel bag, or as a present for someone going away on a trip, or leaving home! See if you can find a four leaf one.
The fabric has been backed onto canvas to give it some body, but it is still soft.
It measures 22 cm by 16 cm
There is a 22 cm dusty blue zip opening
The lining is old skool black and white ticking
There is a tuck at each end giving a base of 3cm
There is a hook for finger twirling, or for hanging up in a corner of a boudoir
It is finished off with my own embroidered name tag
I like to recycle if I can. Your bag will be posted out wrapped in clean, reused packaging from my collection.
It will be posted out as 2nd class Royal Mail
