What an amazing charity shop find. Not for the fainthearted, but for the bold and beautiful. It makes up into a great slouchy bag.

Full description
Vintage barkweave fabrics always have such amazing bold prints, and this across your body bag is made from one of them. A fabulous original, it really packs a punch. With its strong orange and yellow colour combination, it still looks cool today. This is a soft, slouchy bag, meant to be worn with the strap across the body. It would make a great beach bag, or a present for a vintage textile lover.
This is in my Sunday Sales collection as an end of line bag. No flaws, just the last one in this fabric, and out of season. It needs a home!
It measures 34cm across its widest point.
It tapers to 30cm at its narrowest point.
From the lowest part of the scoop to the base, it measures 32cm.
There is a tuck at either end, forming a base of 4 cm wide.
The actual length of the strap is 122 cm, but taking into account the scoop design, it feels like 134 cm.
There is a yellow plastic button and loop closure and it is fully lined with the same fabric as the outer layer.
The bag is finished off with one of my embroidered name tags.
I like to reuse as much as possible. Your bag will be posted out using clean, recycled packaging, and posted out as Royal Mail 2nd class.
