As I try to recycle where I can, your order will arrive wrapped in clean, recycled packaging from my hoard.

This once down beat and clapped out cushion cover, has come back to life with some careful laundering, stitching and TLC. It narrowly avoided going to the tip, and can live on a little longer in a garden of hollyhocks.
She has a matching orange crinoline friend in my shop as well.

Full description
Pink homespun vintage embroidered crinoline lady zip up bag.
This homespun crinoline lady with her straw bonnet reminds me of an early American settler, out on the prairie.
It is made from a pretty piece of vintage embroidery, with pinks and lilacs and hollyhocks. The base fabric has an open weave pale brown base. Stopped from going to landfill, it has been made into something attractive and useful once again. It would make a lovely present for an embroiderer or fabric lover, as it could be hooked up somewhere special as a piece of designwork in its own right.
The embroidery has been stitched onto cotton to give it some strength, but it is still soft.
It measures 20cm across.
It measures 18cm down.
There is a maroon zip opening of 20 cm with a flower head pull.
The front has an embroidered illustration of a period lady, and the back has a cluster of flowers in the bottom RHS corner.
There is a large covered button on the front LHS corner.
There is a hook on the RHS corner.
The inside lining is a vintage cotton with flowers in a lilac and brown pattern.
It is finished off with my own embroidered name tag.
I like to reuse where possible. Your little bag will be posted out wrapped in clean, recycled packaging.
It will be sent as signed for Royal Mail 2nd class which takes about 3 working days, and will require a signature on arrival.
