Well, it’s not often you find foxgloves at the jumble sale. Such a great find. This corner of a frayed tray cloth had the chance to be brought back to life with washing, lining and stitching. Renewed for a few more years.

A Vintage embroidery zip up purse, clutch, toiletries or keepsakes bag.
The sweetest of old hand sewn embroidery, featuring a bunch of foxgloves, and a sweep of wild flowers is scattered on the front of this pretty bag. Perfect as a summer holiday clutch, for storing toiletries, or for keeping precious keepsakes safe. It would make a great present for an embroiderer, or a lover of textiles.
The front has been stitched onto cotton, to give it some strength, but it is still soft.
The back is blue denim, to give it some edge, and some body.
It measures 22cm across.
It measures 16cm down.
There is a 22cm dusty blue zip with a flower head pull.
There is a finger twirling hook to the RHS
It is lined with a floral poly cotton.
It is finished off with my own embroidered name tag.

I like to reuse where possible. Your little bag will be posted out using clean, recycled packaging.
It will be sent as Royal Mail signed for 2nd class which takes about 3 working days, and will require a signature.
