I collect tea towels for their bright and humorous illustrations. Any that are too damaged to keep, get made into something unusual yet practical.

Isle of Wight vintage tea towel purse, make up or Man bag.
Do you have fond memories of the Isle of wight?
Maybe you spent your childhood here, or your Family Summer holidays?
Well, this one’s for you. And even if you have never, ever, been to The Isle of Wight, you will just have to imagine it through the lovely illustrations on this vintage tea towel. This nostalgic design has a map on the front, and a charming thatched cottage on the back. Perfect for a coin purse, or for storing mementos.
The fabric has been stitched onto cotton to give it more strength.
It measures 15cm across.
There is a bright blue zip opening measuring 15cm.
It measures 12cm down.
There is a large covered button on the right hand side with a section of yact on it. There is also a hook for twirling around your finger, or for hanging your purse up as a little piece of illustration in its own right.
There is a blue cotton checked lining.
The purse is finished off with my own embroidered name tag.

I like to reuse where possible. Your bag will arrive wrapped in clean, recycled packaging.
It will be sent out as Royal Mail 2nd class with certificate of posting. This takes about 3 working days. Let me know if you need it sooner and want an upgrade!
