I spotted this great tablecloth at a table top sale, and it so reminded me of my own little wooden horse as a girl, I just had to find a way to renew its life!

Swedish Dala horse, vintage tablecloth purse or pouch.
This sweet vintage tablecloth has a lovely Folk art feel. It is decorated with the classic Swedish red Dala horse; a favourite with children and designers for decades. I had a black one as a little girl, and I loved it till it chipped!
Perfect for storing mementos, make up, toiletries or headphones.
The pouch measures 22cm long by 20 cm deep
The front is backed onto canvas to give it some body
The back is made from recycled and washed out vintage denim
There is a red zip opening measuring 22cm
The lining is a complementary 1980s gold striped cotton
There is a hook so you can hang it up as a little piece of artwork in its own right-or twirl it round your finger
It is finished off with my own embroidered name tag

Your little horses will be posted out as Royal Mail 2nd class, which takes about 3 working days. (Let me know if you need it quicker!)
