As I try to recycle where I can, your order will arrive wrapped in clean, recycled packaging from my hoard.

I am always looking for ways to use up the tiny hand sewn fragments of vintage embroideries left when things are damaged. Lavender bags are one perfect solution!

Vintage embroidery lavender bag, filled with Yorkshire lavender.
Aaahh, lavender.That ancient remedy for restful sleep, and keeping linens smelling fresh.
How sweet is this? The front is made from the corner of a forgotten tablecloth, hand stitched, and unashamedly nostalgic. The back is made from a softly faded vintage tray cloth, with some open weave to allow the smell of lavender to waft through.
The bag measures 9cm by 9cm
There is a hook for hanging it up in your wardrobe, or just hooking it up somewhere where you can squeeze it once in a while to keep the fragrance flowing.
Inside is a little muslin cushion, filled with lavender from The Yorkshire Lavender Farm.
The front is made from a vintage tablecloth fragment.
The back is made from a section of a tray cloth, with some open weave, and is finished off with my own embroidered name tag. The front and back are therefore different fabrics.

I like to reuse as much as possible. Your little bag will arrive wrapped in clean, recycled packaging.
It will be posted out as Royal Mail 2nd class.
