As I try to recycle where I can, your order will arrive wrapped in clean, recycled packaging from my hoard.

I have collected old and beautiful fabrics since I worked as a theatre wardrobe mistress. Sometimes I can bear to part with a little from the “too good to use” part of the collection.
This is one of those.

Vintage Liberty Autumnal fabric zip up shoulder bag.
This neat little handbag is still roomy enough for all your essentials ( and a little bit more! )
I designed and made it from a wonderful vintage Liberty fabric out of my own special stash. It’s a beautiful Autumnal colourway, and though it was designed in the 1970’s, it looks super cool today.
The fabric is first stitched onto canvas to give it some body.
It measures 30 cm wide at the bottom, tapering to 25 cm at the top.
It is 20 cm tall.
There will be a zip opening, in either a brown or mustard colour, measuring 25 cm.
It is lined with old fashioned striped ticking.
There is an inside pocket, so you’ll always know where your keys are…..
There is a seam at either end of the bottom, which gives it a 4 cm wide base.
There are 2 shoulder straps, each measuring 68 cm long.
It is finished off with one of my embroidered name tags.
And finally! I make my bags up one by one, and so the pattern placement varies each time, and the zip colour will be either brown or mustard. Same beautiful fabric, but the pattern will not necessarily be placed as in these photos.
I like to reuse as much as possible. Your bag will arrive wrapped in clean, recycled packaging.
It will be posted out to you by signed for Royal Mail 2nd class, and will require a signature.
