I love chickens and roosters! I would love to keep my own and am lucky enough to live in the country and have room for them, but probably not enough time. My kids keep telling me they`ll do it, but I fear the novelty might wear off after a week or two. But who knows....
In the meantime I content myself with sketching the ones in my local wildfowl park in Broughshane, and I used to sketch my sister`s, before the foxes got them :(

In the hopefully unlikely event of a return, postage must be covered by the buyer and the item returned to me in the same condition it was sent out in. I cannot be held responsible for loss or damage in transit, but will keep all proof of postage labels, so that if such were to occur, I can assist with making a claim.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
This is a limited edition giclée print on beautiful 320 gsm German Hahnemuhle etching paper, of an original watercolour painting which is now sold.
The edition run is 200. (This is why this is cheaper than other limited editons with a smaller edition number, even though they might be the same size).
Your print will come numbered, titled and signed in pencil on the front below the image, in the traditional manner.
It measures 40 x 30 cms, approximately A3 size, with a 2.5 cms white border all around so that I can sign it and you can put a mount on it before framing.
For this type of paper, which is quite thick, and size of print, it will be sent flat, placed in a cellophane envelope, sandwiched between pieces of mountboard and sent in a hardbacked envelope. The second photo is only to give you an idea of how it looks mounted. You will be free to choose your own size and colour. This listing is for the print only.
(The original Henrietta sold as a pair with Cock-a-Doodle-Doo, which I made alongside her, so that if you wanted to buy both, you could hang them up on the wall facing each other. Please see separate listing for Cock-a-Doodle-Doo.)
