Living around the Potteries all my life, it was great to do this pyrography pendant.

Welcome!
Here is a wooden pendant, decorated by myself freehand using pyrography...
Pyrography is the method of burning an image onto a piece of wood or leather using a hot wire.
The image is my own, drawn freehand onto the wood. I don't use templates or transfers. These pendants are quite challenging as the area to create a design is so small. The design on this pendant is of a Potteries landscape including bottle kilns - check out the images.
The pendant measures 5 centimetres in diameter and is slightly domed. After the design is completed, I rub a beeswax and essential oil mixture into the surface to protect it. The piece will wear over time with use in a natural way.
The pendant comes with a leather necklace as shown. This is approximately 18 inches in length. (Longer necklaces available) It comes gift wrapped.
If you can't see the design you're after, just get in touch with your ideas and I'll let you know if this is possible. If so, I will set up a custom listing and complete a custom design.
This item will be posted using Royal Mail Recorded post. I do try to recycle postage materials, but your item will arrive ready for gifting. If you'd like combined postage, let me know.
