This is a change from my usual style, I had been making paisley shaped beaded brooches for a while and experimented with getting a heart shape, once I'd worked out how to get the shape right I decided to try using some of the fabrics in my collection. The satin is recycled from an old garment of some sort, it's that kind of fabric which has dark threads one tway and brighter ones the other way so there's a slight two tone shimmer to it, the chiffon, on the other hand, was wrapped around a rather nice box of chocolates someone bought for christmas a few years ago!

Full description
Rrecycled chiffon and satin behind a beaded brooch in a heart shape with a teardrop shaped bead at it's centre. The satin is very deep red and the chiffon a much brighter shade. The beads vary from purple through to pale mauve via shades of red, the teardrop bead is burgundy red.
the brooch has a slightly victorian feel edging towards the cyberpunk style.
