Hi there and welcome to my shop. Here you will find old embroideries, vintage fabrics and sparkling remnants made into something pretty and practical once again.
I will be re-stocking slowly but surely after Christmas, so do keep coming back for a browse.
As I try to recycle where I can, your order will arrive wrapped in clean, recycled packaging from my hoard.

I heard a rumour that a tailor was having a fabric sale, in a pop-up pub in York. Who could resist that combination!
Amongst the beautiful things arranged on the band stage, was this gorgeous pink wool, and
this little shoulder bag is the first item I have designed and made from it.

Petite pink herringbone woollen shoulder bag with zip.
Who said wool was just for winter?
This pretty herringbone patterned wool is the colour of summer roses. Perfect for holidays.
And perfect for bags.
This little one can still hold its own with enough space for phone, keys, wallet and a bit more....
Pink zip opening 25 cm
Bag length 22 cm
Bag width 25 cm at the top, widening to 29 cm at the base
There is a tuck at each corner, which gives width to the base of 3 cm
There is a top stitched seam across the bag front which holds the straps.
Shoulder straps measure 88 cm each in total from the front seam.
However, the measurement for the part of the strap which goes over the shoulder, is 72 cm
The wool is backed onto canvas for stability.
The bag is lined with black and white ticking.
There is a useful internal pocket measuring 12 cm by 12 cm
The bag is finished off with my own embroidered name tag

I like to reuse where possible. Your bag will be posted out using clean, recycled packaging.
It will be posted out as signed for Royal Mail 2nd class, and will therefore need someone to sign for it.
