Full description
A rounded stone wrapped in natural cotton cord, bound with a weathered woodland twig. The binding is embellished with a band in blossom pink, teal and pale aqua.
A handmade altar piece for Beltane, a spring nature table, or a mindful home - for anyone who marks the seasons, keeps a considered space, or simply loves objects made with care and natural materials.
Comfortable to hold. Solid enough to anchor a shelf, a windowsill, a spot beside a candle.
The coloured threads are sourced from Masson Mills, Matlock Bath - part of the Derwent Valley Mills UNESCO World Heritage Site, bringing a bit of textile heritage to the piece.
As with all my creations- this is one of a kind.
