Full description
A beautiful mat in muted tones measuring 64cm x 40cm.
The piece is created using a traditional rug making technique known as 'Hooky' in the North East of England. Strips of wool are hooked through a hessian base to produce a unique and special mat. The hand whipped edge provides a neat and robust finish.
This piece is designed as a wall hanging but can also be laid flat on a table top or floor if required.
