Full description
Created from a larger mixed media design, this brooch has been hand cut in to a rectangular shape featuring a blue leaf print design. The brooch is a layer of art board backed with a wood veneer and coated with a layer of resin that is ground and polished to a glass like finish.
The wood veneer is coated with a matt varnish to improve durability. The edges or the brooch are painted with several colours and sanded to create a vintage feel. This is a one of a kind design.
