The painted papers for the daffodil flowers originated for an Instagram challenge, called coloricombo, where an artist chooses a piece of artwork and picks out about 3 colours and we each make our own image using those colours. I don't often use yellow in my work but this combination of yellow and green instantly made me think of daffodils.
With my paper collages I enjoy sewing the papers together with a sewing maching and all the greens in this image are sewn down.

This sale is for one sample print of my Daffodils paper collage.
Please note the size is 17 x 20.5 cm - smaller than my actual collage which is 17 x 20.5 cm.
There is nothing amiss with this print, it's just a sample that I've decided to release from my stock. This is a high quality print onto heavy card.
The original collage depicts of bunch of daffodils created as a paper collage using music papers coloured with green ink, and the daffodil flowers cut from pre-painted papers in yellows.
The main image is of the original and the other photos of the sample for sale, including size. The final 3 images show the work in progress of the original, with all the green papers including the border machine sewn onto the backing paper.
The print will be posted securely wrapped in an eco-friendly manner, reusing a packaging envelope.
