Full description
I blended several shades of blue merino wool with some recycled sari silk. I then handspun this blend into a unique, medium weight 'art yarn'. I then knitted this neckwarmer or scarf using the modular Domino technique with four mitred squares at the front, continuing around the neck with garter stitch.
This would look great over a top or under a jacket or coat, to fill in the 'V' and keep draughts out. The top edge can also be worn folded down. Please see all the photos.
There are flashes of different colours from the sari silk. All the fibres are soft.
The neckwarmer measures 7" (17.8cm) from centre top to centre bottom.
