FREEFORM HANDSPUN KNITTED AND CROCHETED WOOL STATEMENT COLLAR, YOKE OR COWL
This unique collar, cowl or yoke was knitted AND crocheted using handspun yarns in shades of peach, green, fawn, rust and white. 'Freeform' simply means made without a pattern. I handspun all the merino wool yarns - definitely NO man made synthetic fibres. I have used lots of textured stitches such as bobbles, shells, eyelets, finishing with a pointy peach border. I have included a DETACHABLE crochet flower in coral and peach with two green leaves. It has a silver-toned brooch back so that you can easily attach it to the collar exactly where you wish.
This collar is great to wear with a plain top, dress or jacket. I think this would be great for summer festivals as it has a hippie, boho or ethnic vibe.
